Returns

Each print is produced to order and each handmade item is made in small quantities or single edition.
For this reason, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Ordering the wrong size or product.
• Accidental purchases.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and any packaging damage.
   

Every case is reviewed individually. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
